Baseball and political science are paired in a new course, "The Politics of Baseball." Dr. Phil Lowry will offer the class this fall.
Students in the class learn how to score a baseball game and also learn to calculate a variety of statistical measurements. The history of the game and its evolution are also covered from its origins in England to the inception of the World Baseball Classic..

'Our Town' goes downtown
