Web Site for the Official Student Newspaper of Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota Spring sports registration begins April 2 By Samantha Callahan NCC will be offering softball, tennis and Ultimate Frisbee for NCC students this spring. The softball league will play every Monday starting April 2 and will continue through the end of April. In addition, there will be a tennis league playing every Wednesday starting April 4. An ultimate Frisbee game will be offered on April 30. Additional sports being offered this spring by NCC are whitewater rafting, hiking, climbing, canoeing and cross country skiing. All sports programs are free or offered at a discounted price to any student who attends NCC. Contact Kay Okey, coordinator of Rec Sports and Outdoor, concerning registration.
