Miss Minnesota Teen America is Elizabeth Heikkila
Elizabeth Heikkila and her mom, Vanell, visit campus on Feb. 22. Heikkila was crowned Miss Minnesota Teen America on Feb. 17. She attends NCC as a PSEO student and is a senior at Jefferson High School in Bloomington.
