REFUNDS

Refunds for tuition and fees will be issued by check and mailed to the address on file.  All charges on your account must be satisfied before a refund is issued. Refunds will be sent to the account holder (student) only.  We are not able to send refunds to parents or others who may have paid tuition for a Normandale student.  Checks must be cashed within 150 days or they are subject to cancellation  and a new check will be issued.

Credit Card Refunds

Credit card refunds will be processed by request only. Please contact the Business Office staff within 24 hours after you have processed a drop, which requires a refund. Please call 952-487-8242. You will need to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date, and a daytime phone number. After 24 hours a refund check will be processed and sent to the student.
