REFUND SCHEDULE

Fall and Spring Semesters Through the first five days of the term only (or one day after the first class session), students may drop classes and receive a refund for the cost of the class(es) dropped. After that point, a withdrawal (W) grade is recorded and students are financially responsible for those credits. Registration Changes: Refund Allowed Prior to the first day of term 100% During first five days of term* 100% * Or one class day (next business day) after first class session, whichever is later.A student who withdraws from all classes after the 5th day of the term** will be refunded according to the following schedule (the student must contact the Business Office to initiate the refund process): Withdrawal from all classes only Refund Allowed 6th – 10th class day of term (letter grade of W)** 75% 11th – 15th class day of term (letter grade of W)** 50% 16th – 20th class day of term (letter grade of W)** 25% Remainder of semester 0%**Appropriate adjustments will be made for late-starting classes.
