VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
LOG ON TO THE MnSCU WEB PORTAL HERE
Account Information is available online. “Balance Due by Term” reflects activity for a specific term while “Full Account Detail” reflects all activity on your student account since 2000. The reports include charges, payments, and financial aid posted to your account. Financial Aid which has been awarded and disbursed is listed in the payment section of your statement. The information provided will include account information from MnSCU colleges if you are attending another MnSCU college (as long as your social security number is on file with the other colleges and universities).
Online Billing Information
Log on to the MnSCU Web Portal and enter your 8-digit Normandale student ID number, or User Name, and password. On the left side under Student e-Services select Bills and Payments.
Balance Due by Term
To display amounts you owe:
The information provided will include account information from all MnSCU colleges that you may be attending or have attended.
Begin by logging in at the Portal log-in screen just as you would for registration
Once logged in, choose Bills and Payments under the Student e-Services section on the left side of the page.
Select Balance Due by Term for a breakdown of the current terms charges and payments.
Full Account Detail
To display your entire history since 2000:
Begin by logging in at the log-in screen just as you would for registration.
Once logged in, choose the Bills and Payments under the Student e-Services section on the left side of the page.
Choose the Full Account Detail link. This will display a detailed listing of your account history since Fall 1999. The last line will display your current balance.
To prevent UNAUTHORIZED viewing of your private data
Always LOGOUT from the system to end your session
Close all browser windows on your machine
Failure to close the browser may allow others to view your data
Never share your Login ID and/or PIN numbers with others
To Logout, choose the “Logout” link from the list on the upper right corner.
