HOPE SCHOLARSHIP/1098-T
Information for the HOPE Scholarship is mailed to all students in mid to late January. Please make sure Normandale has your correct address on file by December 15.
You MUST have your Social Security Number on file in order to receive a 1098-T Form.

After completing the form, submit it to the Normandale Records & Registration Office. This form must be completed and received by December 15.

Due to privacy laws we can not accept requests from anyone other than the student. The information will be mailed to your most current address on file at Normandale unless you request in writing that we mail the information to you at another address. Please allow up to 10 days for information to be mailed out, after we receive your request.
The Business Office can not provide any tax advice. If you have questions regarding the tax credit, please consult a tax specialist.
