CONTINUING EDUCATION/CUSTOMIZED TRAINING
All individuals who register for a continuing ed. class must attach payment with their registration form. Please send your payment and registration form to the address listed below.
If Normandale is to bill a third-party (employer, dislocated worker program, etc) we REQUIRE a purchase order or a Letter of Intent To Pay indicating who is covered, their SSN, whom to send the invoice to, that person's phone number and e-mail address, as well as how much is authorized. Send the purchase order or Letter of Intent To Pay along with your registration form to:
