FINANCIAL AID BOOK CHARGING

You may only take advantage of this service if Normandale has received the results of your FAFSA application by the payment deadline (Jul 28, 2010 for Fall 2010/Dec 15, 2010 for Spring 2011), you have received your Award Letter, are registered, and your total financial aid exceeds your account balance. Students with balances due for prior terms will not be able to participate in the book charging program.

The Financial Aid Book Charging Application form is to be completed online, by financial aid recipients who want to use a portion of their financial aid to cover their book costs, and electronically signed and submitted. When you click on one of the online forms for the first time, you will be required to “Create an Account”. You will want to remember the password you choose, as you will need it to log into the online forms in the future. If you forgot your login or password to Online Forms, send an email to ngsupport@ngwebsolutions.com for assistance.

Make sure you have read the guidelines and understand them before completing the application form. Please contact the Business Office by e-mail at BusinessOffice@normandale.edu if you have any questions. Please include your Student ID number in your inquiry.
