FINANCIAL AID BOOK CHARGING
The Financial Aid Book Charging Application form is to be completed online, by financial aid recipients who want to use a portion of their financial aid to cover their book costs, and electronically signed and submitted. When you click on one of the online forms for the first time, you will be required to “Create an Account”. You will want to remember the password you choose, as you will need it to log into the online forms in the future. If you forgot your login or password to Online Forms, send an email to ngsupport@ngwebsolutions.com for assistance.

guidelines and understand them before completing the application form. Please

You may only take advantage of this service if you have received your Award Letter, are registered, and your total financial aid exceeds your account balance.
You will be held responsible
for full payment of your books if you become ineligible for financial aid or
your aid is not enough to cover tuition/fees and your books. Failure to pay
all charges on your account will prevent you from registering for future
courses and a hold will be placed on all your academic records at Normandale.
Your debt will also be referred to the Minnesota Department of Revenue for
collection.
You must choose a password. Your password must be six characters
in length and can contain letters or numbers (DO NOT USE 123456). The password
will be used by you, to identify the maximum amount that you may charge. A list
with each applicant's password and maximum charge amount will be posted daily on
the Business Office website (see above).
NELNET PAYMENT PLAN BOOK CHARGING
Students who are currently enrolled in the Nelnet Payment Plan may include the cost of books in their payment plan.
To qualify for Nelnet Payment Plan book charging:
Complete the Nelnet Payment Plan application on the MnSCU Webproc by clicking here. You must be on the monthly tuition and fees payment plan, and your payment plan must be active, to utilitize the bookcharging program.

Your application will be processed two business days after submitting the request.
Order your books on the Bookstore's website. When you are finished shopping for your books, select Payment Plan under Payment Options.
Books can be shipped or picked up.
