BUSN 2120 Entrepreneurship 3 CR, FALL examines the skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur, screens a business opportunity, and assesses the resources needed for successful set- up of a company.

V. Outcomes: Upon successful completion of the course, the students should be able to:
A. Discuss the “entrepreneurial process for success” of the opportunity, founders, gap and resources needed.
B. Objectively find and screen the possibilities for an opportunity using research techniques.
C. Discuss factors involved in dealing with founders as to team building, managing, personal weakness/strength assessment, and family involvement.
D. Assessing themselves as potential entrepreneurs through use of various assessment instruments.
E. List and discuss resources available for start-up of an organization.
