Transfer Guides

Normandale transfer guides are designed to facilitate transfer to specific four-year colleges and universities. The first two years of any four-year degree will include the liberal arts or general education courses. If you plan on transferring to a public college or university within Minnesota, follow the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC). (See the "AA Degree" link on the left side of this web page.) The MnTC will waive general education requirements at public colleges and universities in Minnesota.

In addition to the general education requirements, specific majors often have "pre-major" courses that are required to enter that major. Those are listed for common majors on the transfer guides. The transfer guides provide information needed for specific majors and schools - written with Normandale course numbers.
